I exercise regularly and made some changes to my diet. I can see my six pack returning which is great and I’m loving my butt. I’ll be getting a treadmill soon to vary my cardio so looking forward to that. I just cannot get myself to do the yoga and pilates because it cuts into my normal TV watching time. But I’m making progress and happy as hell
And I finally figured out this food thing. If I can’t tell what it came from, I won’t eat it. For example, there’s now way to look at corn flakes and see a corn kernel so probably not worth the time to eat. Same with candy, bread, meatloaf, any crap that I cant tell the origin from looking at it will not be eaten.
And popcorn is the best snack ever!!

I wanted to lump all the health-related goals into one because it was starting to seem like I did nothing but worry about my health. This goal sums up what I’m trying to do, live healthier. I’ve already taken steps to get there, I exercise regularly now and I am making an effort to eat better. So subgoals of this goal:
1. Exercise at least 30mins per day
2. Eliminate wheat and sugar from my diet
3. Drinking 8 glasses of water per day
4. Having a salad for lunch at least once a week
5. Do yoga or Pilates at least once per week.
6. Meditate everyday
7. Eat a balanced diet everyday
Sparkpeople helps a lot with tracking my diet and exercise so it’s really just about taking advantage of it.

So far my goals for this week have been going ok:
1) Eat Healthier- Went grocery shopping last night and only picked up healthy options, made a good dinner last night.
2) Exercise more- Was going to go to Yoga last night, but I had a horrible headache. Hopefully I can meet my goal and make it 2 times this week, but I’m pretty busy everyday :/
3) Take better care of myself- Kept up with the new beauty routine last night and this morning and it’s already made me feel so much better with myself. I’ve also been drinking as much water as I can, and eliminated all soda from my diet.

I’m making this goal general in order to:
1) Eat healthier-started this already with the boyfriend. We eat more at home with organic ingredients and try to shop locally as much as possible.
2) Exercise more often-I’m making it my goal this week to go to yoga at least 2 times.
3) Take better care of myself-I’m starting this week with a new beauty regime, and vow to drink more water.

sitio I want to love everybody or feel nothing at all.
My brother and I will get up in the wee (very wee) hours and head to Kings Canyon where we will head 8 miles or so into the back country to enjoy a 4th weekend away from cell phones, traffic, television and the modern comforts. I can’t wait. This will do wonders for my mental health.

What does this exactly mean to me?
Living healthier suggests a lifestyle change. Not that my lifestyle has been super toxic- but binge drinking and eating after getting the munchies on a friday night doesn’t really describe an amazingly healthy lifestyle either.
I have sort of a plan. I want to eat more veggies and less sugary stuff. Drink more water instead of wine,beer,vodka, etc…
And I would like to exercise every day.
After Combining all these things together eventually I want to start training for a half marathon- but I need to get my first three goals down before the big goal can come into play.

with this shoulder pain in the F@rG!n @rse ! business. You NEED to schedule that appointment – I won’t name any names, but you know who you are. not to be all negative but I am feeling pretty shitty about the ww thing right now – not just because I haven’t gotten anywhere with it but because I disappeared on my team members again. I suxkses. also after this massage the other day the MT explained to me very clearly WHY I needed to drink approx. 220 ounces of water in the next 24 hours and what did I do? I drank about 50 ounces. Now I can’t get the image or feeling of all my lymph nodes absolutely choked on toxic body sludge right now and my head is KEELING MEEE! OK< enough negativity – I just really needed to express all of this.
