I am going tomorrow, there’s a Zumba class at 10am. It’s my favourite class, a mix of salsa, street dance and aerobics. If there’s the one thing that keeps me coming back to the gym, this would be it.

ok i went today for a proper long time on the treadmill, with some thrown in other rowing and swimming to mix it up; burnt about 1000 cal~

Looking to go again late tonight.
If I keep it up for about 2 months, I’ll consider this goal completed.
Made it to the gym, on a Sunday morning too! Got carried away with the Zumba moves. I am still aching physically and mentally. :p
I plan to make this goal come into fruition this week.

I’ll just have to invest in some DVD’s and start doing those. Any good suggestions?
I have Carmen Electra Striptease and a Yoga one. That’s it. I would need more variety than that!
I think I am going to cancel my membership to the gym this week. I’m just tired of throwing my money down the toilet. The last time I went to the gym was October. That means that I have spent $150 FOR NOTHING!!!!! That is too frustrating for words. So before they take out another $50 for February, I think I am going to cancel. Cuz let’s be honest… when am I going to go to the gym? The only time I could go would be at about midnight, and that just isn’t going to happen.
Yep, the membership has to go. So I guess that means this goal will have to die soon too.
Bummer!
