it’s been really hard to find the time. i just have to set a schedule i guess, maybe i’ll just have to go int he mornings.
How to go to the gym at least twice a week
How I did it: by sticking to a routine and just pushing myself to continue with my membership. the gym is a really great place to unwind and detach yourself from the daily stresses of life, something very difficult if you've got a busy lifestyle with many demands; but this is one thing you need to make room for!¬
Lessons & tips: working your way up and by training steadily. It's taken me 3 years to get from a horrific 90kg and being able to run on a treadmill for 10 minutes to now being 73kg and being able to run for over an hour if i want;; really enjoyable.

I am going tomorrow, there’s a Zumba class at 10am. It’s my favourite class, a mix of salsa, street dance and aerobics. If there’s the one thing that keeps me coming back to the gym, this would be it.

ok i went today for a proper long time on the treadmill, with some thrown in other rowing and swimming to mix it up; burnt about 1000 cal~

Looking to go again late tonight.
If I keep it up for about 2 months, I’ll consider this goal completed.

Made it to the gym, on a Sunday morning too! Got carried away with the Zumba moves. I am still aching physically and mentally. :p
I plan to make this goal come into fruition this week.
