Short stories again. Why do I always get short stories??
I missed reading Neil Gaiman. I don’t know why I hadn’t read AG before now, but I am a better person for having done so.
It encouraged me to make a list of all the gods I knew by heart, which is considerable, in my journal. I plan on adding to the list as I learn about more Gods. As I was making the list though, I was asking my husband & my sister’s bf to help, and they were calling out things like “burt reynolds” and “bill clinton” which made the book that more impressive to me.
A collection of short stories that touch on all of Asimov’s major themes… space, computers, and stuff. I didn’t realize, and think it is awesome that I have a first printing of this book – it just wouldn’t be right to read this book on paper that wasn’t yellowing.
I had only read one of the stories, “Jokester”, prior to picking up the book. Unfortunately (for me), “Jokester” is probably the best story in the series, and one of the only ones I can remember the name of. By and large, I found the book amusing and easy to read. The quotes about computers make me laugh.
