Did my first class this week. Was great. Good for the body & mind. Just what I need right now.
How to start practicing yoga again
How I did it: Started attending a class at my local leisure centre which i'm loving. Feel much more energised and happy.
Lessons & tips: Don't be afraid to try a few different teachers, as they all have different styles
Resources: Use the internet to find local classes in your area. Or Leisure Centres (usually cheaper)

Went to a new yoga studio for the first time in three years, and it was great. Yes, I felt slow and hopeless almost the entire time but it reminded me what I loved about yoga. I am going to return to where I use to go since I need extra attention (I even get so flustered that I forget my left and right) but I am on my way!

I never thought of myself as a yoga person but I was truly converted once I started going everyweek. I found myself relaxing and letting go. Yet I allowed work to get in the way once again. I have put my foot down and as of this week no longer going to say I am going to work when my classes are available.
Wow, remember how great you felt when you were practicing yoga?
Get your butt back in there! Enough said!
