Getting more consistent. 17 months ago

Still not doing it every day, but I am becoming much more presistant! I can really tell a difference in my over all well-being. My health is improving, I can cope with stressful situations much better, and my demeanor is becoming more laxed. Good stuff!

15 minute session 18 months ago

Started the day off with a 15 minue session. So nice when everything is so quiet and still outside. Gotta keep at it everyday!
