So I gave up on this awhile back… but I have decided to reopen it due to I am actually doing it. I have gotten somewhat motivated! I’ve lost 3 inches already. By drinking green tea every morning, eating a little breakfast, reducing my caloric intake, and walking for an hour around campus. Not that big of a deal. Stuff I can totally do. It feels freaking good.

I have a serious motivation issue. As in I have none. As in I did not work out or do anything that would reduce the size of my gut. But oh well. C’est la vie.
My gut currently measures at 42 inches. I would like to reduce this a significant amount. Starting up an exercising program tomorrow.
i feel like that girl from the adult swim tv show “the oblongs” who’s shaped like a ball, and her boobies are just resting on the rest of her flub. EW.
if only i had bigger boobs, i wouldn’t care as much.
I have joined the Gym at our village but have yet to visit. I am not sure if Yoga will help me lose my gut.
