they’re so easy it almost hurts
How I did it: I took the SAT's many several years ago. For me personally, it was a waste of time, as I have not gone to an college that really matters. I still did better than my sister who has now graduated college twice, with two degrees.
I just took them today. I finished most of the questions, and it wasn’t too hard. I can’t wait to get my results! Does anyone know when they get the results in on collegeboard.com?
1960! Woo hoo!
I somehow managed to get a 740 on the Writing! When I read it, I thought the scores were wrong!
I have taking tests, and I can’t sit still for over an hour, my mind wanders and I fill in random things. I need to take this test soon.
Blah.
I really need to take my SATs and get my results in by Thanksgiving! I need to have all of my college applications in by Thanksgiving in order to start my freshman year of college next year. Does anyone know how long it takes to get the results? The next SAT I hear is in early October.
I took them on 28 January and by the 13th I should have my results! I’m not expecting to do well because I didn’t study much at all for them, but to have taken them once (the new ones anyway. I’ve taken the old SAT twice as preparation in high school) will probably make them a whole lot easier next time around.
EDIT (27 Feb.): It turns out I scored higher than I anticipated! I’ll be taking them again on 6 May, however, because I’d like to up my score of 1780 by a hundred points or so.
It went ok.. yet I can not even start to figure out what my score is.. I’ll need to settle for waiting for the results to come in, in about 10 days.
After the test I went to Tel Aviv with friends and did my best to forget about the whole SATs by partying all night.
I’ll be going to sleep early tonight (right away) in order to get up early tommorow (at 6:15AM). can’t wait to get it over with.
wish me luck..
This program enriches ones Hebrew vocabulary for the SATs (words mostly not used) by a system of brainwashing of all the hard words through a series of pre-definable tests.
The program is very useful and is a freeware – it was written one year ago by this guy whom wanted to help his girlfriend back when she went through the SATs.
This will defiantly give me an advantage.
