They filmed a short scene at my friend’s lake, it was at night and you could see spotlights in the sky from my house. My friend saw the black horses ridden by the… ringwaiths? Her little sister got to meet Elijah Wood, but she was only about 7 and didn’t really know who he was.

Ever since he LOTR movies came out New Zealand has been on my list of places to see. The scenery seems like the most beautiful in the world and it just seems like a magiacal place. I have been to Australia and have been told that New Zealanders are even more hospitable and friendly then the already mellow Aussies…..
