See "The Vagina Monologues" live

I’d randomly thought about this and decided to go. Turns out the show is traditionally played on/around valentines day (v-day) so I’m going on Friday!

It was an emotional experience full of laughter, tears, cringing, and oh-my-god-who’s-been-reading-my-diary! It’s been a few years and I’d love to see it again.

Definitely worth doing, I’ve been to two performances. Definitely read the book as well, before you go if possible.

It was wonderful! I would recommend it for men also. The range of topics that were covered, ran the gamut like a women’s emotions during PMS! The covered it ALL!!! Unfortunately my two best friends who were set to also attend with us didn’t go,due to the fact the they had been sexually molested and that was one of the subjects that was to be covered. Abet, very briefly and quite moving.They talked about the first period,orgasm,lesbians,hair,tampons,using mirrors to see it, and my fav My Short Skirt. It made for a great girls night out!

I feel very lucky that I saw Eve Ensler perform this herself. Enough said.

As a guy, it was a sexy, enlightening, powerful evening in London’s West End. Read it, then see it.

The VMs are put on every year at Meredith College in Raleigh, you should go see it, they do a great job. I think its put on at alot of college campuses…even in the south ;).
