Although I do have to put clothes for tomorrow over the clothes horse for them to dry, wash face, brush teeth, check everythings locked!!! I’m guessing I’ll have lights out by 2.40am?
Man, why can’t I fix this damn aversion to sleep!!!!!
How I did it: I always did very well as an owl person, but having a daughter confronts you with an am working schedule at payroll but 24/7 on the parenting side. I have been always kind of a rebel but, I was seriously sleep deprived going to sleep in front of the couch, eating chips. But I have been developing a calming eveninr routine for myself, and I find it easier to go to sleep and maybe miss a grat TV show. No more of that for me, now I go to bed in my nice PJ´s and in my bed, done in the morning.

Went to bed a bit earlier,but with reading material so ended up turning lights off at 2.10am! Still late… but getting better!
I’ve really got to fix this up, I’ve been sick for ages and not getting enough sleep isn’t helping!!!
At least the kids aren’t here so I can sleep in! Kids are at their dad’s this weekend! I’ve been tired for ages and can’t get myself going. Must must must must must fix this!

pretty close! 2.37am was the last time I saw on the clock before I fell asleep!
Wonder if I can get lights out by 2.30? Have already brushed teeth, taken tablets etc.
Just have to speedy through checking locks on doors/cupboards (my son has autism so I have to be careful of anything that could be a danger)... and also my nightly kisses to my kids!

I need to get to bed early, I sleep in way too much. I’m always tired during the day and then I stay up too late again at night. Watching TV and sitting online. Its unhealthy and unneccesary. TIME TO STOP.
