go to the dentist regularly

to go to the dentist for a particular tooth on which i was not eating… still not entirely resolved, but she sorted it out and know I can eat properly.

How stupid is it to drag things for MONTHS??!? I really struggle to make good / relevant things happen

Well, after years of just brushing them impatiently, I finally take more time to clean them properly and I even enjoy the feeling of it! And they are even less painful now, though I still need to go to the dentist at some point…

since I have been to the dentist. I am 31! I know I have to go, it’s just one of those things that I have been putting off and putting off. So I have finally made an appointment that I am going to keep. (I made one about a month ago, and had to cancel because my husband got called in to work and couldn’t stay home with the kids). So…about 39 hours and I will be well on my way to achieving this goal! I’m a little nervous, but I totally want to do this before I have real problems with my teeth.

I have had good dental coverage, a good dentist, and an excellent hygienist over the past several years.

My last visit was this past Monday. Those six-month visits come around faster and faster!

I went for the first time in three years (after having my wisdoms pulled) and i’m lucky I went when I did. The dentist said I had a lot of tarter, and if I had waited any longer to schedule regular appointments, I would have developed serious dental problems such a tooth decay and gum disease! Thank god.

And starting pretty soon, before it starts hurting and my teeth are the only thing I can think about. I want to take the responsability to make sure I have enough money and that I keep to the appointments made rather than hoping that the problem will just go away.

i have an appointment tomorrow at two.
