It’s hard to measure this goal. There are days I can do this very well, and others when all of the overwhelming concerns flood over in an instant. However, on most days I am able to do this. I keep a calendar above the light switch and at the end of each day I cross off the day, it’s a reminder that I lived the day as well as I could, and also that the next day I will do the same. i have learned to just live the moment and not worry to much...i do have long term goals but those will come and ill worry when i need to worry...
i recommend having a mentality like this because it always helps me get through long days and especially long days at work....
