I have started working on it again and its coming good again. I think i am going to now say that i hae achieved it now the only thing is i have to maintain it but i will. im sure i will because i really really want to keep it up.

Well i do think i completed this goal for a little while but i went backwards again over the holidays. So i suppose i can say i did it but now i have to maintain it.
I really didnt do like anything on my goals over the holidays i just forgot about them. I did a few sit ups over the whole holidays but that was it. I dont think its reversing but its certainly not getting flatter. I will really try now because i’m over the holidays now and i am ready for working hard at everything.
Well as i’ve said i’ve been sick and haven’t done anything this week at all. So there goes that. Although i have been coughing so much and my stomach muscles did hurt maybe they were doing something without me even knowing lol. And i haven’t really eaten anything either so there was no fat going down there. So maybe being sick helped me a little.
i haven’t really done anything for the last part of this week because i have been sick but i also just forgot on like 2-3 days, but i am noticing a difference. I can see that it is turning into muscle. I just really need to find out what i can do for the bottom half of my stomach. Because the top part is going really well and is turning into muscle so i am really happy about that.
I have been doing my sit ups each night so i am really proud of myself. I feel like i am doing some good for myself. I have done at least 100 all up in different way because they help with different parts of your stomach and yer. I need to find out ones that i can do for the bottom half of my stomach cos the top half is going good but the bottom half isn’t.
I played tennis on both Thur and Fri night and i did my sit ups on the Thur but not on the Fri. After that i felt like i had cheated myself a little and i don’t want to do that so that made me more focused.
I’ve been doing exercise still everyday and i have done 100 sit ups each night so i’m really happy with my self. I feel like i am doing something to make it really happen.
Yesterday i played tennis so i got heaps of exercise in and then i went walking for ages. I didn’t eat too badly considering i was at a friends place. I have done 100 sit ups today and want to continue this each night.

i have a belly. im a small girl. i wanna have a flatter stomach. im not asking for abs. i know if i had a fatter stomach that this would help me in my other THING … POSTURE!
