i’m getting there…getting up early and gymming seems to be helping during the day, but i still can’t help going home after work, eating dinner, then crashing out in front of the couch til bedtime. too tempting! i need to start busying myself with even stuff around the home.

I’m constantly tired. I started walking 3 times a week, maybe that will do the trick. If I was a less tired person I would have done so much more than I’m doing now.
