go to New York at Christmas time

One year I actually went to NYC two weekends in a row around Christmas time (once with friends and once with family). It is always a fun time. It’s cold, but the atmosphere is so amazing. I stood outside the Today show and ended up being on TV, just for a second. I didn’t have gloves, so some guy working for NBC came over and gave me some hand warmers to put in my pockets. I got pictures of Matt Lauer and Al Roker (Katie wasn’t there, cause this was the morning they found Saddaam). Hanson was there also, and I got a picture up close of one of them. They handed out “ugly dolls” and I got one. Good times…
