Work in a winery

My goal is to gain enough experience working as a lab tech in a winery so I can travel the world and work seasonal jobs in different countries. Anyone out there have any advice?

I started thinking about it and decided it’s probably always a good season for this somewhere. And even though farming’s not really my scene, it seems like it could be enjoyable work for a little bit.
