I overcame my nail biting habit, my cuticle biting habit, and my interrupting habit. Now I have to come back onto this goal to beat my fidgeting habit, as I’m such a ball of energy I just can’t stand to be still. Lol

Breaking bad habits sometimes seems like another job to me..this needs to come to fruition
i have the opposite problem – everytime i feel a bit stressed, i just want to go to sleep – not a good way to deal with it – sometimes its a struggle to stay up all night – any suggestions how to?
Going to bed late is one of my bad habits. I just don’t want to go to bed until i can’t even keep my eyes open.
Yesterday night, I started feeling sleepy at 8 pm and i went to bed and slept for almost 12 hours till 730 this morning!
I feel great! Fresh! high spirit! ready to do work!
Keep it up. today should go to bed before 11 pm and get up tomorrow before 8 am!
My bad habits all spiral from one thing. I am too lazy to change them. Well i am lazy which is why my habits are bad. I want to lose weight and get on my feet but i have grown dangerously lazy over the past couple of years. If i don’t change it now i will end up the grown person living in thier mammas house at 40 years old. I CANT have that. I need help. I need solutions. I need a daily push.
