I’ve been struggling with sleeping in in the morning. I’ve created an EarlyRiserProject Yahoo Group with more than a hundred articles. I’ve also created a Humility-humor Yahoo Group. Time to combine the two!

I’ve done this two or three times in my whole life. Problem is, I can’t remember what the dreams were. I just remember that they were funny and I woke up laughing. I’m just glad that no one else was in the room with me at the time. It would’ve been embarrassing to have my Mom or Dad (or both) come in and see me lying in bed asleep and giggling! LOL!
It was one part of this dream I had that I seemed to find funny. The dream basically was… it was night and I was with my sister and some other people (not sure who). I opened the door and the police were there. I ran off to the living room and tried to hide behind the sofa. I tried lying down behind it but then a policeman walked in and saw me (the sofa was too low to hide me or something) so I just got up. Then my sister, 2 other people, and my dad were in the room. I was sat near my sister. Ghostface (from the Scream movies) was paused on the TV, with his legs crossed. Dad said that ‘she has that costume’ (but I don’t think he said who it was, just ‘she’). The policemen said they were looking for some young criminals (I don’t know, I don’t think we’d actually done anything, I think we might’ve just phoned the police and pretended there were some criminals there and didn’t want to be found out, but I don’t actually think it was mentioned in the dream). I said to my sister that I’m the most suspicious – I was dressed suspicious (well, according to my subconcious) – black trousers with lines down the sides and a black top with a big red star on it, I was hiding, and I had my legs crossed like Ghostface! My sister and 2 other people had been dressed ‘suspiciously’, 2 other people still were but my sister had managed to change before going into the living room. It was the bit where I said I seemed the most suspicious, and said why, that I found funny. I don’t know why, but I did!
What a wonderful thing to wake up to! I actually woke my husband up… I was laughing so hard! Fabulous! However, when I actually woke up enough to tell him what was so funny…. it wasn’t as funny as it was in my dream. Guess you had to be there! LOL
The first time was odd. I was dreaming and this car passed by with an impossibly long license plate that read “Lin Cone Continental.” A chuckle here, but for some reason I was laughing enough in real life to wake myself up.
The second time I was in a dream where all these knights were being presented to the King. I was in line with the King and saw my best friend Chris show up in armor just like a knight in a movie. He knelt solemnly while the guy who announces everyone formally announced him as “Sir Chris of the Choking Chicken” AND there actually was this chicken on his shield. No one in the dream got the joke but me, and for some reason that made it hysterical. I woke up laughing so hard my sides hurt.
Plus to this day I have never told him. :-)
Tropicana Hana Has become a RADIANT RED HEAD and looks so good ♡
I’m in love with laughter and sometimes I can’t help it. Like when I wake up.
I’ve only done this once and it was because I was dreaming a really good dream and my own giggling woke me up. :)
