Did a little of this on the train today. Wide open fields to gaze upon. :-)
I am finally doing this EVERY DAY. Took me like years of writing it down to do every day, and thinking about it lots. But i finally integrated it into my daily routine!
AND – just went to the eye doctor, and it is definitely making a difference. Went down a diaoptor in my left eye! yay :)
I keep remembering to look for a few seconds at distant objects rather than constant close-up work (and PCs/reading), but I’m not doing the formalised “Bates” style of exercises yet. Must remind myself what they all are!

For a long time I did my exercises every day, about 3 times a day for short periods. I guess that things like this work best when you have a rountine. My schedule with work and everything has been so off since I switched jobs that I haven’t really done this at all in about 5 days.
