finish my invisalign

After ditching my dentist appt because I was so behind on my invisalign, I’ve decided that I need to start wearing my trays as often as possible. It’s difficult because I like to snack all day rather than eat big meals, and I can’t wear the trays while I eat obviously. So, looks like I’ll have to change my eating habits as well. I really hate putting my trays in…they are painful sometimes but I know the more I wear them the less painful they will be.

but i am doing better than i have been about keeping them in my mouth. i missed one night, i don’t even know how it happened. I guess i didn’t put them in after dinner. i also forgot to put them back in after breakfast the last couple of days, too.

Something is better than nothing, i guess. I am wearing them as i type this.

I was so focused on my pt cert coursework, that I didn’t even think about this. So, it’s almost time for dinner. I will put them in right after and keep them in the rest of the night.

wine tasted with them out, brushed thoroughly and put them back in as soon as I got home. not perfect, but still better than what i was doing.

going to go brush my teeth on last time before bed and put them back in. I am going wine tasting tomorrow, so I am trying to decide should I live them and put them back on tomorrow night or wine taste with them in???

I have the hardest time keeping the darn things in my mouth. But I put them back in my mouth after every meal yesterday and before I went to bed, for the first time in I don’t know how long.

I have to eat five times per day so that has been making it difficult, but I just said to myself, “this cost like $7000, what the hell are you doing, not wearing them???” So i am just going to keep on trucking from here.

Teeth got messed up… had to get NEW ones… like… 26 MORE!! gah!

my idiot dog chewed up 2 of my sets so now i have to order new ones! and theyre fucking expensive to replace!!

as mad as i was at him though…i couldnt help but laugh.

It seems as if I’ve had these stupid invisalign braces FOREVER!!! I can’t wait to get rid of them!!! I’m done with my top trays… but I have 4 MORE on the bottom!! gah!!!
