dragonfly35Re-evaluating

and realizing that because of my trip at the beginning of the month and the two trips on upcoming weekends (one of which will involve a lot of yoga and the other a lot of dancing), it is probably neither reasonable nor healthy to aim for 12 times this month. I am recalculating and will change the name of this goal to reflect a more reasonable total. 3 years ago

My hamstrings are sore for some reason, so I modified:
  • 3 sets of 10-11-12 reps on first two exercises
  • 2 sets of 10 reps on next two exercises
  • 2 sets of 5 reps per side for last exercise 3 years ago

A bit behind but did #1 today: 3 sets of 10-11-12 reps of first four exercises, 2 sets of 5 reps each side with no weights for the final exercise.

My exercise loop is OK for all but the last exercise, for which it’s better than nothing but too long to be effective. 3 years ago
