meet Radiohead

I loved them since i was 15. They FINALLY come out with their new Album and it’s pretty good. I was more into the electronic experimental they had like Amnesiac or Kid A… but whatever Radiohead still proves to reign as “The Shit”!

I saw radiohead for the first time when they opened for Belly back in the early nineties. That is still one of my fave shows cuz it was at a tiny place in orlando, florida.That show and all the ones I’ve seen since moves through my entire body. They are inspired and that puts a smile on my face.
I knew when they first hit the scene, they were a creative force. The band is superb at evolving their already perfect music. They are probably one of the best bands out there and have been for a very long time.
I sooooooo want to meet them. ever so badly.

Well last night after going to their first night here I waited with some mates by the stage door and coaches. We waited for a few hours in a horrid cold (since I was mega sweaty form the gig and hadn’t brought a jacket) but our patience was rewarded as one by one they came out.

Thom signed my ticket :D He had gone along the line gainst the barrier already and I swapped places with my mate and he was just saying he should be going and I said could you sign this, pwetty pwease? (I literately did say that haha!...) And he did and I said thanks :)

So there you have it, nothing is imposible, no matter how much it seems to be. Maybe not the most intimate of meetings, plus the bouncer wouldn’t let me take a pic :(

BTW both gigs were amazing! Even tho I got mega squished etc :(

Tomorrow they are playing a gig in town and I’ve got a ticket. They’re also playing the next night and I’m going to that too.

So this maybe a late entry in the list but coming up is two opportunities to meet some of the greatest musicians and band ever known.

If I have to wait all night I will do it!
