I’ve recently been drinking this Egyptian Licorice tea from Yogi. I love them because the little tea bags have little fortunes on them. Plus the tea is delicious!
How I did it: It just became a habit. The fam also tends to have a lot of tea on hand all the time so quantity helps.

Caroline is a "Creative Designer". How cool is that :)
I drink a cup of white tea in the morning and in the evening.
I tend to drink a lot of tea every day during the winter. Now that I’m actually living somewhere that gets cold during the winter, and on top of that am in grad school, I’m drinking even more. I spend most of my days at the university, and have taken to bringing two different types of tea with me in thermoses, so I have been drinking almost a liter and a half of tea a day. Granted, it’s exams now, so that’s even more than normal, but I do plan to continue with at least a few cups a day after exams, just not quite so much black tea when I don’t want the caffeine.
Tea is wonderful.

I guess after three months it’s safe to say I’ve done this, and will continue to do it-since my trip to England this summer, I’ve had tea with my breakfast every morning. I fully plan to continue to have tea every day-I can’t imagine starting my morning any other way.

I used to drink horrible crap like coffee, sodas, energy drinks, etc all day but got into the habit of tea when I came down with pneumonia for a while and was forced to. Now I’m addicted and drink 4-7 cups of tea a day, I have tons of tea, white, green, red, herbal, black, etc and know a ton about it. I really recommend everyone to at least try REAL tea (tea leaves, NOT the abomination that is teabags) it’s delicious and the healthiest thing on the planet.
liebelle dances to music... really slowly
I’m not sure it’s fantastic for me, but I do anyway. A cuppa a day…

A day without tea? What a terrible idea.
~ John Lee ~ time to get busy on the new and fulfilling goal
I am going to include herbal teas as a part of this goal, while not really teas, calling them herbal infusions sounds too clinical.
*tEa GaL* got a job after 7 months and is loving it!
This wasn’t a goal of mine because I already drink tea everyday. I am a tea-aholic. I love orange pekoe the best but also enjoy Chai, Green, White. Chamomile and have recentley started drinking 2 cups of Sage tea a day for medical purposes.
Yeah TEA!!
