Travel to Sweden

I would love to go dogsledding in the Laplands and see the natural beauty of the land with no distractions from popular tourist ski resorts or hotels.

My mothers parents were born in Sweden and I would love to meet them…

beautiful people, beautiful language, beautiful weather!

just taking it off my list to make room for other goals that i can actually pursue right now. in other words, i don’t have the money for it right now but i still plan to visit when i find the funds.

It was lovely! Such an interesting perspective on wealth and status etc. Very good learning experience for me!

Went there last Summer. We rented a little wooden house by a lake and it was amazing. So peaceful. I will definitely be going back.People think it’s expensive. It isnt. We didnt find it any worse than the UK. Tried to learn a bit of Swedish – impossible, and pointless as everyone spoke better English than me.

Someone though should explain to Swedish map makers the difference between “Minor Road” and “Impassable Dirt Track”.

I got in last night, and I’ll be here until next Tuesday.
