I want ease in the mornings. Lying in bed listening to birds chirping sounds easy—until the panic hits. So much I want to do. I do have more energy in the morning than the afternoon, so I need to harness it. 3 months ago

I began on sept 14th 2011
the total time is shorter than I think
My alarm music clock has 3 periods of 10 seconds = 30 seconds
1st period
10 seconds to wake up
2nd period
4 seconds to get up
6 seconds to put out the clothes
3rd period
7 seconds to go to the shower room
2 seconds to go in the shower
1 seconds to open the cold tap 19 months ago

I put 2 alarm clocks
one to wake up
the 2nd to get up ( 5 minutes later)
when the 2nd stop I was under the cold shower.
20 seconds to get up
20 seconds to put out the clothes
20 seconds to go to the shower and open the cold tap
I will try again with only one alarm clock but it seems me more difficult 20 months ago

I’m going to merge this goal with “become a morning person” because it seems redundant and I want to free up more space on my list. 1 year ago
