I hate this! Whenever I get into an argument or a “heated” discussion I can never walk away without crying..even when I know I’m right..this doesn’t just fall into the “relationship” category..this is everything..if I get worked up and upset I can’t just say what I need to say without getting all emotional..when I have felt I’ve been treated unfairly at work, instead of being “strong” ..I end up feeling weak because I get choked up and emotional..I hate it!..
