i think this is one of those ongoing goals that can be hard to “complete”. sure there was one day this week i skipped flossing, but i think over-all this goal is complete. it’s just one of those things that has to become routine.
How I did it: I started off with floss, but moved on to using a toothpick which was a lot easier. I then brushed my teeth thouroughly. There was a little blood, but definitely worth it! Read how I did it…
How I did it: It helped me a lot to have my landlord be my dentist. She harassed me often about the cleanliness of my teeth. But even if this is not possible for you, it can still be done. Once I got my teeth cleaned, I really wanted them to stay that way. I bought the little floss pick things and that really makes it much easier. Read how I did it…
How I did it: with floss. also it helps keep your breath fresh and i encounter people with bad breath - that encourages me apart from that floss floss floss floss floss floss floss floss floss floss floss floss floss floss floss floss floss floss floss floss floss floss floss floss floss floss floss floss floss floss floss floss floss Read how I did it…
How I did it: Alternating top and bottom teeth each night so it doesn't seem like quite as much of a chore. Wow, this 150 character minimum is hard to get to. Um, I used dental floss. Read how I did it…

IS IT SO HAAAAARD??? Hehe..the only time I floss is when something gets stuck in the too-large gap my dentist left between my crown and my back tooth. Then I get desperate. Here’s to trying…

I have offically stopped flossing!
I now have a waterpic and life is GREAT!!!
is definitely something I want to do on a more regular basis. I floss maybe twice a week…at the very most on average at least. I do use mouth wash, and brush very well. But I got my first cavity about four years ago, and I promised myself that I wouldn’t get anymore because it costs too much, it’s a little painful, it tastes disgusting, and if I can avoid it I should. I want to start doing what’s best for my body!

Will I ever stop hating this???
I have one deep, dark memory of flossing when i was about fourteen. There was blood. There certainly wasn’t any pearly white dentistry going on.
However, i should not judge on this one experience. The next time i go shopping, i’m buying some dental floss!
after a few weeks of doing it, you can’t stop. it makes your gums look better and it makes you smile bigger!
