Kiss someone at midnight on New Years!

How I did it: New year's eve 2009, my first NYE out, believe it or not! With very little expectation of getting any action of any kind, I began my night out, 'Suicide again for me', I thought to myself, trudging through the icy streets to my first drinking hole...

Anyway, few drinks in the pub, lovely busty barmaids, went to our club (Jilly's), rocked out for a couple of hours. 12:00 midnight comes, no kiss!, boohooo, but anyway, an hour or so later, I'm grabbed by a very attractive girl and with her hand in my hand (she had beautifully soft hands, it's these little things you can only appreciate about girls when you meet them), she leads me over to the dancefloor and I very cheekily asked for a kiss, she obliged, I had quite a bit to drink so was more confident, gorgeous girl, gave a few more, what the heck I thought, I'm compensating for 5 or so years of no girl kissing, wonderful!

Anyway, I think she grew a bit tired of me, so went into another room of the club (80s classic rock room), this time rocking out to Metallica's cover of 'Whiskey in the Jar' by Thin Lizzy, when two girls come in, this one with glasses said hi to me I said hi back, what followd is a bit of a blur, but now I'm dancing with this girl, she mentions she hasn't pulled yet, I say she has now (eughh I know), before I know it her tongue is in my mouth, she tastes like oranges (she was drinking an orange soft drink, she mentioned she was driving), it was all a bit of a shock, but I handled it well and you know, reciprocated, despite not having done that before, but I found my way around, clashed with her teeth a few times, but generally an all-round good performance on both sides.

After courteously cupping my crotch, she said she was going to speak to some other people, and that was pretty much my New Year's Eve and one of my 43things ticked off the list.... sort of!

It just goes to show, even scrawny, socially inept losers like me can get at least a kiss once in a while, I mean.... 2 girls in one night on the first day of 2009, that's pretty good going for me, and girls, we're not all sex mad, a kiss does mean a lot to some guys, and it's certainly a confidence booster, no matter whether it's a peck or full-blown esophagus exploration, so if you see a lonely guy at a party, make his night and give him a peck!

P.s: I am recovering from a throat infection which came on after New Year's day.

Lessons & tips:

• After some research I can conclude NYE is possibly one of the best days in the year to get some action
• Chew some gum so you have nice and minty breath
• You might want to use some lip balm beforehand, you know?
• Even the skankiest skank is worth kissing if you haven't had one in years like me
• Try to kiss at the stroke of midnight
