    Normally As a Muslim’s routine, I wake up at dawn for Dawn Prayer. I pray then I go back to sleep before work. but now I decided to stay awake after the prayer till the sunrise. Do some exercise, take a shower then I go to work.

    I didn’t wake up at dawn but a weekend in the “country” made me so tired even while going to sleep at 2 am on the couch I woke up at 8.50 am! YAY ME!

    Okay, not exactly dawn but it was earlier so progress attained! I give myself an A-
