How I did it: I used craigslis for my postings. I was a little discouraged to begin with because there were so few responses to my ad. But, when it got closer for the colleges to start up again, i had plenty of responses. So many actually, that i emptied out another room and was able to rent that out immediately too. |

Need a roommate

I need to find a roommate. I can use the extra money to fix up my house. Not an easy task because I have pets and a child in the house. Not a big demand for those 2 things.

I’ve only had a couple of other roommates. They were always loud and kept me up at night. My current roommate is very quite. I never hear anything after 9PM.

I wanna move out but with my pay wont be able to do it alone..so hopefully i can find a roommate close by. I mean i make a decent amount of money monthly but i know i wouldnt be able to make rent and utlities and all that. sooo hopefully i can find someone. im actually planning to move out at the begining of march so i can have time to save up for deposits and moving fees and such. i’m excited :]

Since my paycheck isn’t enough to cover our living expenses, we’re also living off of our savings account. If we can rent out our spare room, we may break even.
