It was kind of disappointing. It’s very small, and just as expensive as the others. There is no permanent collection, only exhibitions. The space is quite nice (designed by Rem Koolhaus), but simply not enough to really warrant a trip.
If you’re already in Vegas, by all means go to scratch it off your list – but unlike Bilbao, it doesn’t warrant a trip by itself.

Vegas is in March, and I’ve been to Germany and Italy before, so I need to go back and see Berlin and Venice this time.
Spain is fantastic and Bilbao is wonderful as well.

there is one in vegas, in bilboa, berlin, new york, and venice. i didn’t get to go to the one in bilboa when i was in spain, but my friend did, and she said that it was amazing. it should be considering it added a billion dollars to their economy.
