I always want attention

I WANT attention.
ever since i can remember i have struggled with wanting people to notice me, love me, praise me.
since i can remember when the attention is taken off me i feel ugly and worthless.
i want to stop this destrcutive behaviour.
it ALWAYS leads me to lying, which seems to have become complusive to me.
IT STOPS NOW.
iam going to tell myself
“THE WORLD DOESN’T REVOLVE AROUND ME”
and also i am going to be KINDER TO MYSELF, LOVE MYSELF and ACCEPT MYSELF FOR WHO I AM.
I AM WHAT I AM AND WHAT I AM NEEDS NO EXCUSE.
once i do this things i will be content with myself and i will not WANT the approval/attention because i will not being insecure.
love for myself, or lack thereof, that is the root of my probelms.
