I want to own my own home

I love having my own home, fair enough I’ve still got a heftty mortgage but nonetheless it’s still a good feeling.

I was a single mother living on my own at 17 struggling to pay the rent every month. All I want is to at least pay a monthly amount for something that will be mine in the end.

The reason is because I would really like to design a comfortable space for myself, and make it my own. I could choose the colours I wanted, change the layout, create a garden how I wanted it to look. It’s not about the profit, or waste of rent for me, it’s about being happy in my environment. There is no harm in dreaming of how you would like to live, as long as you are grateful for what you have now, and think positively about the possibility of owning your own home.

We just bought our first home! What a long road it is to get here, but, it is sooooo worth it.
Here is where I go to hide away from the chaotic world. Everyone should have a house to call their own..It’s a slice of heaven.

I really would love to own my own house. I’m renting at the moment and it feels like I’m wasting my money. The money I’m paying for rent is like dead money. To have somewhere that is definatley mine would be fantastic, and to be honest it doesn’t have to be a mansion or anything, although that would be brilliant (obviously!)
