She’s having problems so i’ll try to let her know she’s loved, but it’s really hard.
How to help my sister
It made me 
"i feel that i have shown her that life has troubles but it is ok"
How I did it: my mother left my father 1.5 years ago and they are still going through the divorce and my sister is stuck staying the weekend with my mom every 2 weeks. i felt bad because i am older (she is 17 until august 2009) and avoided any custody decisions.
she also deals with anxiety that runs in all of my mom's side of the family and is very quiet.
i took her to her first concert at the congress two nights ago and i think that really showed her that life is still good :)

My sister took the challenge, got back to work at Safeway for a few months, and just accepted a new job with an insurance company (something that she has good experience with)! I’m very happy for her and know that this will be another step in the right direction. Her confidence is building again and she’s doing a great job!
