And I sure had the beach to myself!

There was a resort/firness center out there, where I used to go and work out (I’m sure I couldn’t have afforded it during the off-season… I was on retreat in someone’s summer cottage in Sag Habor). I remember taking a yoga class which, though not very good, the teacher remarked, “Almost all of us have a lot of tension in our shoulders. I call shoulders the ‘should’ers, because that’s where we carry the burdens of all the things we thing we ‘should’ be doing.”

Strange what you remember.
