I’ve moved to a 6 or 7/10 on the calmness scale. it’s only occasional anxiety and related to specific events rather than chronic and existential cos now i’m making changes!

I”m going to log off now and exercise this goal.
Tomorrow I’ll come back on and hopefully be able to click it as accomplished. Then I will want to do it again.
