not a really bad injury, and that’s perhaps why I’ve let it go on for so long (been months). It has become almost a ritual… every week I play soccer on it, re-aggrevate the injury, limp for a few days, ice it, and by the end of the week pretend that it’s fine… and repeat.
Again, it’s not bad “enough” to make me really concerned, but I’d rather be healthy. I think for a start I’ll look up some basic exercises and force myself to follow them for a while to see if they make a difference. 10 months ago
