Build a new house

The house I want to build is 2300+ sq. ft. and is a prebuilt home. I already have the plans I want to build but I need to start looking into possible places to buy land and start getting estimates on the cost.

My goal for completion is 3 years.

Twenty years in the Navy, then lived on a boat for a year now it’s time to put down some roots.
