I’ve always wanted to go to boarding school! I’m in grade 10, and I’m debating going for my last two years of high school, because I’m not going to be moving away for university…

I went to boarding school and loved it! I came from a small town with few academic opportunities and really enjoyed being challenged and getting to know so many different people. It was tough on me and my family at first, but I definitely think it was the right choice for us.
Definitely helped me gain independent thought and learn to work with others. Had issues with my parents and grades. BS allowed me to take another spin on school and took my GPA from D—- to A. I had opportunities I would not have had in public school. It helped to be separated from the problems at home. My parents appreciated me more as well.
boarding school is either great or shit and i’ve had both!
It’s such a good enviroment!

whoever would want to go to boarding school!! I was there for 3 years it sucked. Only great thing was the people and they had seminars. And I feel in love LOL
I went to Scattergood, a Quaker boarding school in Iowa. The experience was sometimes hard, occasionally intense, but it changed me immesurably, and in a lot of good ways.
Does anyone go to Stevenson, Webb, Thacher, Cate, Dunn, or Athenian? if you do e-mail me at bumble_bee14856@yahoo.com. i would love to hear about them.

Boarding school is so much fun! my sister and i are about to be seniors which rocks definatly do it if u can it makes u appreciate your family so much more, my family is really close because of it. my twin sister and i are living in Mass. at school, my two younger siblings are at private school in georgia, living with my grandparents, and my parents are working in london, england. we all have such a great time when we’re all together because it doesnt happen every day.
