I need to find me a spot where I can skate around without any obstacles or people in the way. So I can practice kickturns and riding goofy, mongo, switch etc. without bothering anyone or being bothered.

I am lucky that the guys at the local park are nice and kind. :) If you’re easygoing and not full of crap, they’ll adopt you into the group in no time. They also aren’t selfish skaters; they politely wait their turn and give others a chance to skate as well. :) (I heared at some parks skaters only think about theirselves. Two days ago, I dropped in with help of a friend (he held my hand). He told me to do it again, but this time alone. But I’m still scared.

So, tonight I nailed shuvit’s! :D I also did a few kickturns. The problem is that I do it all while standing still.

I still wanna learn to ride goofy and mongo. So, I think Imma get back to riding circles tomorrow. I’ll go early, so I wont be in anyone’s way. =) 2 years ago
