find a unique, cute little travel mascot to take with me on all trips and photograph "him" next to touristy sites wherever i go...(kind of like the traveling gnome).

I just stumbled across this goal, but I do travel a bit, so I figure this could be a neat little thing to do. Now, to find my critter…

I know it’s a little bit childish but I have two little firends that came with my Dear Sprinkles that I don’t really want to throw away but I don’t really need to keep for any reason, so if you would like one of these pm me.

and I’ve traveled to Orlando and Tampa, and going to Seattle next week. I need my travel buddy. Where are you, travel buddy? Come fly with me!

Abby went with me to the state conference. She tried out the amtryke while she was there.

So a friend got me this Raccoon back when I went to Tennessee this Summer, but I hadn’t traveled much until last month when I took a trip to Chicago. My mind was occupied by other things during most of the trip, but I did get a couple pictures of him in the airports.

This one in particular is the O’Hare airport at around 3am… pretty empty(which I actually thought was kind of cool, since I’ve heard a lot of complaints about how busy it is… people just go at the wrong time of day :P ).

but he’s a little big, and floppy, and I sleep with him. (So placing him in places potentially wet/muddy/filthy not so good). And I tried to carry him in my purse lol. I got a lot of funny looks (though pulling out any sized toy would get funny looks, but here I am with a full size teddy bear LOL)

So plan b. (Chip dip still travels, but never leaves the hotel!) I’m looking for something tiny. But cute. Maybe a my little pony?

I hope they still have my little ponies! I hope they aren’t too sluttified also. Toys today are so weird and ditzy! Did you see those slutty puppies? Puppyrinas or something? lol not saying I want a stuffed Chihuahua in a mini skirt with a blue up-do but this are the weird ditzy toys I’m talking about!

But then I am starting to think, maybe it will be all the more fun to have a slutty toy mascot. I could also give it a suitable name like Shawkeetah-biglips, a divalicious shitzu with donatella versace hair. You know if I pulled anything like that out of my purse, I think whoever is with me would explode away LOL.

Though I found some KAWAIIIIII Alienish fuzz ball things in china town last time and I begged my bf to get me one. (They all had mixed expressions, like smiles, uhh constipated looks, surprised faces, and tear drops) soo maybe I will wait until next time Im in chitown (maybe a few weeks) and see if there still something like that. Yay it makes me happy just thinking about them ^__

I like how this person made his own mascot to shoot. When I make mine, I’m gonna put wires in it, so he can be doing different things.

For our five year anniversary my boyfriend got me a Pooky toy! Little Pooky then accompanied us to Bar Harbor to stay at a bed and breakfast and pretend to be a tourist. This is him checking out some Maine blueberry jelly!

I’ve got him picked out, but haven’t actually bought him yet. Maybe this weekend.
