I am not sure about liking it, but I do definatly need to work out more.

I have to start using my gym membership or quit…ok I will go 4 times this week to make up for not really using it much. I need to make it a habit in the mornings and just do it. I always feel great when I get into the groove. I will check back in on Tuesday.
So we signed up with another couple to take beginners salsa lessons for the next 4 wednesday nights. This is going to be so much fun as I love to dance!
my friend and I are on a mission to look great in our bikinis in 3 weeks as we are going on a trip to the carribean. we have both committed to 1 hour per day of exercise and basic healthy eating…can’t wait!
My friend and I are both tired of complaining about not working out consistantly- so we committed to getting in the best shape of our lives and supporting each other when one of us is feeling unmotivated. We are on a mission to lose those last 10-15 pounds and firm up our bods for our bikinis this summer and for good! It is so much easier when you have a friend to help keep you on track.
I am Dancing a minimum of twice a week, swimming once or twice a week, and playing beach volleyball once a week.
Once I begin exercising , I feel great! I have more energy, my skin glows, I sleep better and I am less stressed. My challenge is keeping the motivation and being consistant. 2006 is a great time to begin a new routine. This time I have a couple of friends who are also joining me in exercise/ self care. I am also going to try new things like bellydancing, capioera and yoga to keep it fun!
Well it’s been over a month since my last entry and I am happy to say that I have been working out and enjoying it!!!
I got up bright and early sunday morning and went to the gym. I really felt good once I was done. A little suggestion to anyone doing this alone, get an ipod or disc player it helps that time on the treadmill go by faster.
