make conversation with strangers more often

A lady once said to me that you should make conversation with as many people as possible as everyone is interesting and exciting and have there own uniqueness about them. Be geniuenly interested she said, listen when they talk because you never no who you may end up having things in common with and friendships may form, and things can be learnt. “Look at people and think everyone is interesting, i wonder who i will meet today”

As befits my other entries, Id like to meet some like minded souls in Winchester for some civilised drinking, discussions, general bar chin wagging on maybe one night a week, or similar.

Friendship only, nothing else (i have a girlfriend but need to make some friends as new to the area and bit shy to have made any yet), just good old fashioned grumbles, rants, pub flights of fancy, films discussions – the usual!!
