My poor little apple trees didn’t do so well so i’ll have to start again
How I did it: I recieved a two inch maple in the month of April from my friend Erin at CIA. Now it is about 10 inches or more, with bark and more leaves. I put it in a growth chamber at school to protect it from the coming winter. I am so proud of myself. This is the first time I have successfully grown a plant. My goal is to grow it so that one day, my children can play under it.
Lessons & tips: Water the tree, but do not overwater. When it gets bigger, move it to a bigger pot. Make sure the soil consists of various things like wood and stuff so that the roots can have something to rap around on. Blow on its leaves so it will think its wind, if you live in an apartment. Give it light. Touch the leaves (trees are just like babies, they need to be touched). If it gets too big, donate it to an organization. Name your tree as well.

My poor little apple trees didn’t do so well so i’ll have to start again
I planted a few little apple seeds in my apartment, and they’re growing beautifully. It has been about five months now, and though they’re still pretty small (3”4” at most) it is so exciting to watch them grow! They’ll eventually get to the point where I can plant them outside, though it may take several years. It isn’t a problem though- I’ve go all the time in the world to watch these baby saplings grow into beautiful trees. I’m patient and know well that natures most precious gifts take time.

I’ve planted about 50 apple seeds, and so far 4 of them are growing :P

I feel naked without trees. Every place I’ve ever lived, I grew trees, both inside and out. I’ve got a couple of coconut trees in big pots outside my door right now.
