Ty PowerSMART Goal Update - correct SMART format

Specific: I want to be aware of current issues/progress re: hearing impairment and disability rights in general.

Measurable: Yes. This will be achieved when I have determined what is necessary to join ALDA and SHHH, either joined or decided not to do so, put info re: conferences in my perpetual calendar and on my Google calendar, bookmarked their websites, added periodic review of those sites to my RTM, fully reviewed what is available through ALDA and SHHH online, and identified a larger (not hearing-specific) organization to check out.

Action-oriented: Yes (see steps)

Realistic: The obstacle to joining is money. It would be good to know exactly how much money and what resources are available without joining (e.g. websites).
