I need a new computer to edit my next short film and I haven’t decided yet which one to buy. A Powermac G5? A Powerbook G4 (15’)? A laptop would be the best choice because it is portable… but the rendering… ooooh… is the rendering process slow? If I buy the Powerbook G4 now, will i regret it in a week? a month? never? What about the Powerbook G5, will Apple release it this Summer? Definetly undecided.
