I’m in my first year just now. It’s pretty hard going at times, and not overly exciting but in a way I quite like it. Plus, it is one step closer to being a Solicitor-Advocate which will be awesome!!

I’m doing it at A-level so far. Although some people told me not to as some universities don’t like it I think it is a good way for em to tel if I enjoy law. And I do I am finding it really good actually!
Yesterday I visited the uni I’m thinking of applying to, and it really firmed up my ideas about this. I’ve done my research, and while I think parts of law will be boring, and it’s going to be a lot of hard work, ultimately there’ll be enough interesting aspects of it, not to mention the career prospects, to make the work worth it.
The other good news is that my grades are looking up! Yay for actually making an effort at school! :-)
I didn’t even know I liked law until a little while ago…funny how things work out… It’s going to take a damn near perfect score for me to get into a law course at uni next year, though. The least I can do is hope.
