Until all these pimples and zits and spots are gone. So this is what I am going to do, I am going to build myself a simple regimen for my face only because that’s the only place I need.
Here are the products I am going to try:
Black and White Bleaching Cream (for dark spots)toner
Ultra Glow Fade Cream (for dark spots)toner
Ultra Glow Black Soap (for acne)
Ultra Glow Shea Butter Soap (for moisture)
Sea Breeze Astringent (for acne and cleansing)
Ok. So I will wash my face with the Black soap each and everyday and I will use the Shea butter soap at night. Then use either the ultra glow fade cream or black and white cream twice a day only. I will only be using the astringent once a twice a week and If I buy the stronger version I will use a little bit of water also.
We’ll see how my face looks like on 10/08/2011 and I’ll show my before pictures as well and I’m starting my regimen on 10/08/2010, So here it goes… 16 months ago

How I did it: trial and error. ultimately, proactiv did the trick. also, i changed my diet and drank lots of water. I use Iskin 2x week. sometimes i put a lil honey in my proactiv face wash. i made homemade yougurt / green tea / tomatoe masks and used them like 1x a week. biore black head remover strips helped too. Oh, and birth control reallyyyy clears up skin. Read how I did it… 1 year ago

ok, so i decided to change my skin care routine completely. im using proactiv now, and thats working really well. it can be a lil drying sometimes, but at night every once ina while ill add a more moisturizing lotion to the proactive lotion when i put it on face. i also bought an Iskin. i use that a couple times a week, and i love this. it really makes your skin soft and your pours smaller. another thing i do with the proactiv 2 times a week is add a lil honey to the face wash. thats pretty much it. my face is clearing up raelly nicely, and fast too. the only thing that sux is i still have acne scars. but i do see them fading. the proactiv lightly exfoliates the skin every day so in time they should fade away. 2 years ago

What procedures at a dermatologist are usually covered by insurance? I’m wondering what all the more extreme options are, at getting rid of acne and healing scars. I am interested in clear light, but it’s considered plastic surgery I think. I need my skin cleared, and healed I hate these scars and I hate myself and my appearance enough without them. I need one less thing to worry about, and maybe just one thing to be happy about. I’d like to have some confidence and not worry about my face (and everywhere else). My boyfriend had really bad acne I know it bothers him a lot. I want us both to get over this 5 years ago

First off I need to leave my skin alone so it can heal…I want to eventually get Retin-A Micro again. Insurance doesn’t cover it saying it is cosmetic. I am also sensitive to these prescription treatments..I get horrible burning rashes on my face. I wonder if there are special creams for other areas of the body. When I went to a dermatologist he said to use Stridex wipes but I don’t like the residue they leave behind and if I use something like that on my face it makes it oilier. I found out about something called Clear Light which is laser treatment to heal acne and remove the scars. It’s very expensive of course but maybe it will become more popular and easier to access sometime soon. 5 years ago

It’s amazing how good you feel when your skin looks nice. :) I use apricot scrub on my back, chest, and face daily, and I seem to have pretty good skin. 5 years ago
