Friday – Lower Body. (1 set) + Core Exercises. (2 sets)
Saturday – Ab Exercises. (1 set) + Intervel Workout

I’m trying to stick to under 1000 calories a day, and it’s harder than I expected. Did you know that a banana has 100 calories? Being pathetically broke is helping with this goal tremendously. You can’t eat food if you can’t buy food. It sounds so sad, but really it isn’t, because I’m broke of my own ridiculous materialistic accord.
I went to a cardio kickboxing class and limped out of it after 40 minutes or so…this is GOOD, but then it was St. Paddy’s day and I consumed like 345,693,000 calories in Guinness and fries. This was BAD. One step foreword, two steps back.
I started taking cardio striptease and belly dancing. It’s really fun and totally working. I also switched to skim milk in my lattes, and I carry water with me everywhere.
Now this is serious… I started an strict diet (no bread, rice, candies, cakes, coke, chocolate) and 20 mins pilates 5 times per day, plus cardio exercise every day. Lets see how much will this take!!
