too easy to put off exercise til tomorrow or the next day. By doing this i’m finding myself sink lower and lower into despair. For this reason i have decided to change it to exercise every day. I went to the gym on Friday and after a day in the dumps it was like a magic pill. I left feeling happy and vigorated so this is definately something i need. Plus i get to lose a little weight. 9 months ago

I’ve been making a point of going every other day. I’m finding this to work as every ay gets a little much and every few days puts me on regular downers. Every other day gives me some structure. I’ve also been working a lot harder on my stomach. That’s my most problematic area and it probably always will be but i’ll try and keep at it. 10 months ago
